Spaghetti Lasagna

SPAGHETTI LASAGNA
1 pound spaghetti
2 eggs
Dash of garlic
3 cups of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 pounds (or a little less) ground beef
3 links mild Italian sausage (optional)
2 (48-ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Mix noodles with eggs, garlic, mozzarella cheese and milk. Spread in two 9-by-13-inch pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Brown ground beef (and sausage, if using). Drain grease and combine meat mixture with spaghetti sauce. Spread on top of noodle mixture, like a pizza. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Casseroles can be refrigerated and baked later, but extra time should be added to make sure it's heated through.
